Game Nights hosted by GJJ Games and The Gaming Goat

I host two regular gaming events at The Gaming Goat in downtown DeKalb, IL.  On the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month I host a Family Game Night and on the 1st Tuesday I host a Game Design & Playtesting Session.  All events are free and open to anyone wanting to play tabletop games in a friendly environment.

The Gaming Goat is located at 229 East Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, halfway between 2nd and 3rd street on the north side.

And remember, all games at The Gaming Goat are 30% off of MSRP, so they're they best deal in town, and usually better than online!  So say thanks for hosting us by keeping them in mind for your next game purchase!

Family Game Night
Twice a month GJJ Games hosts a Family Game Night at The Gaming Goat in Dekalb, IL.  This will be on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month and will be a casual, family friendly game night. Moms, dads, kids, singles, couples, everyone is welcome! This will be a great way for families and gamers in the community to get to know each other.

The game night will go from 6:30pm to 10pm, but feel free to come a little late, leave a little early, or vice versa! Let's have a great time playing games!

Game Design & Playtesting Sessions
On the 1st Tuesday of each month, from about 6pm to 10pm,  I will be meeting at The Gaming Goat in Dekalb, IL to playtest games. Usually these will be my own games, but occasionally they'll be games by other designers, previews of games that are to be released soon (including Kickstarter preview games), and games for reviews.

If you are a local game designer and would like to have your games playtested you are more than welcome to come out, too! Be sure to comment in the event so everyone knows what kinds of games to expect!

I'll be bringing snacks each night, so you'll have some food and drink. I may also have giveaways or other promotions for those who help out with playtesting!

If you like trying out new games that may have a few rough edges and think it's pretty neat to be involved in the design and development process of tabletop game creation this will be a great way to help out.
